Rasa commissioned Brian Jones in 2004 to compose a piece for saxophone quartet and drum set to be premiered at the 2004 NASA Conference in Greensboro, NC. Brian wrote the parts for us, sent them, we rehearsed in East Lansing, and had only one run through with drums at UNCG just prior to our performance. This recording is the premiere performance and features the composer on drum set.
